Who we are

StaySticks sells 3D printed controller locks — accessories that hold your controller's joysticks upright in storage. By placing an order on this site you agree to these terms.

Orders

Every lock is printed to order. The lead time shown on each product is our estimate of when your order ships, not when it arrives. We may cancel and refund an order if we can't fulfill it — for example, a pricing error or a filament color we can no longer source — and we'll tell you promptly if that happens.

Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders may be subject to duties or taxes collected by customs; those charges are the recipient's responsibility. Delivery dates are estimates — once a package is with the carrier, transit time is theirs, not ours, though we'll always help chase a lost package.

Returns and refunds

See our refund policy — the short version is that if something arrives wrong or broken, we'll make it right.

Not affiliated with console makers

StaySticks is an independent accessory maker. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Valve, Meta, ASUS, Lenovo, MSI, 8BitDo, Hori, GameSir, Retroid, Backbone, or any other console or controller manufacturer. Product and console names on this site are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to describe compatibility.

Sensible-use disclaimer

Our locks are storage accessories. They're designed to rest gently around your joysticks — but we can't be responsible for damage caused by misuse, and to the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above tells you when. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when you place them.
