What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your email address, your name, and the shipping address you provide at checkout. That's it — StaySticks doesn't require an account, and we don't collect anything we don't need to print and ship your order.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers — we only receive confirmation that payment succeeded, along with the order details above. Stripe's own privacy policy covers how they handle your payment information.

How we use your information

We use your email to send order confirmations, shipping updates, and a private link where you can check your order status. We use your shipping address to buy postage and deliver your order. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or send marketing email you didn't ask for.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to remember your cart while you shop. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who else sees your data

Only the services that make your order work: Stripe (payment), our shipping-label provider and postal carriers (delivery), and our email provider (order updates). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Retention and your rights

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. If you'd like a copy of the information we hold about you, or want it deleted where the law allows, contact us and we'll take care of it.
