Shipping rates

Orders of $50.00 or more ship free. Below that, shipping is a flat $5.95 — no surprises at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Want us somewhere else? Tell us — enough requests from one place and we'll look into it.

Processing time

Every lock is 3D printed to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Each product page shows its current lead time (typically 2–5 business days from order to shipment). During busy stretches like holidays, lead times on the product page are always the source of truth.

Delivery time

Once shipped, US orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days via USPS. Canadian orders typically take 7–14 business days, plus any time spent in customs. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees — but if a package seems stuck, reach out and we'll chase it.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking when your order ships, and your order-status link (from your confirmation email) always shows the latest — no account needed.

Customs, duties & taxes (Canada)

Canadian orders may be assessed duties or taxes by customs on arrival. Those charges are set by your government, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility. We complete customs forms accurately — accessories, with the real order value.

Wrong address?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update the address. Once it's with the carrier we can't redirect it, but we'll help you sort out what happens next.

Lost or damaged in transit

Covered — see our refund policy. Short version: you'll get a replacement or refund, not a shrug.
