Refund & Returns Policy

The short version

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund it — your choice. Just tell us within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to mail anything back.

Ordered the wrong controller model?

It happens! Reach out and we'll sort something fair — usually a discounted reprint for the right model. Because every lock is printed to order for a specific controller, we can't resell a lock made for the wrong one.

Changed your mind?

If your order hasn't been printed yet, contact us right away and we'll cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, made-to-order items can't be returned for a change of mind — but if you're genuinely unhappy with your purchase, talk to us anyway. We'd rather have a happy customer than a strict policy.

Lost in the mail

If tracking stalls or a package never arrives, contact us and we'll file with the carrier and send a replacement or refund. You shouldn't be out of pocket because of a postal mishap.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically appearing within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
